• 👉 No exchange or return right: The deal is final, so please inspect the item carefully before deciding to buy. Always check all matters that may affect the purchase decision before buying, including vehicle taxes, the condition of the device, and any hidden defects

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check possible tax-, registration- and inspection details for vehicles from Traficom’s public vehicle information service. If taxes remain unpaid, they transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected, and possibly have unpaid taxes

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers the vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting connections: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Pickup times: The items must be collected within a week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for late collection.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the deal

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between any lower price and the offered price, as well as any agency and collection costs in full, including interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales terms applicable to this auction before making a bid.
