• 🔕 Products The goods come from a bankruptcy estate, please take this into account when making a bid. The item is not new, so defects and missing parts may be found.

• 👉 No exchange or return right: The sale is final, so please inspect the items carefully before deciding to buy. Always check any matters related to the purchase beforehand, including vehicle taxes, the condition of the device and any hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any tax, registration and inspection details for vehicles via the Traficom public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they will transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected, and possibly have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When a bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electrical and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Pickup times: The items must be picked up within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for any pickup delay beyond this.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between the possible lower price and the offered price in full, as well as any agency and debt collection costs with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales terms applicable to this auction before making a bid.
