Expropriated circular saw machine, Kouvola

The item is sold by means of increment bids in an online auction held on the www.huutokaupat.com website from 10/09/2026 to 05/10/2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 05/10/2026 at 12:00, or two minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer decides separately whether the highest bid is accepted or rejected.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit purchase bids via the huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written purchase bid to the enforcement authority, which will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid in accordance with the increment automatic. The written bid must be signed, and it must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the bid, and the item number on the www.huutokaupat.com service to which the bid relates. The written purchase bid is binding and the same terms apply to it as in the online auction. The bid must be submitted no later than 02/10/2026 at 10:00 to the Enforcement Authority’s Kouvola office, address Vuorikatu 1, 45100 Kouvola, or by email to kouvola.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

The bidder who made the highest bid must state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise, the highest bidder is deemed to be the buyer.

The person who made the highest bid must promptly after acceptance of the bid pay the full purchase price into the Enforcement Authority’s official deposit account.

If the buyer who made the accepted bid fails to pay the purchase price to the Enforcement Authority, the bidder may be liable for the costs arising from a resale and for any difference in price, in accordance with Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If payment has not been made within the specified time, i.e. immediately after acceptance of the bid, annual late-payment interest in accordance with Section 4(1) of the Interest Act will be charged.

The circular saw machine will be handed over to the buyer at the address where the inspection was held, once the full purchase price has been paid. The handover time must be agreed with the supervising senior enforcement officer handling the matter.

The buyer must, at their own expense and risk, transport the circular saw machine acquired at the agreed handover time.

The property has been seized and is sold by free sale carried out by the enforcement officer, applying as appropriate the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code. The sales brochure is indicative and does not provide a comprehensive description of the item for sale.

Buyers are advised to familiarise themselves carefully with the item for sale, the sales brochure and the attached documents before placing a bid.
