The item will be sold by bidding on the online auction site www.huutokaupat.com during the period 4 September 2026 to 24 September 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids expires on 24 September 2026 at 13:00, or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer decides separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

If it is not possible to submit purchase bids through the huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written purchase bid to the enforcement authority, which will be included in the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the bid increment automation. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the bid and the item number on the www.huutokaupat.com service to which the bid refers. The written purchase bid is binding and the same terms apply to it as in the online auction. The bid must be submitted no later than 22 September 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority’s Kuopio office, address Tulliportinkatu 35, 70110 Kuopio, or by email to kuopio.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to cancel the sale or extend the sales period.
