The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been examined by an inspector, so there may also be hidden defects that were not noticed when listing the item.

• 👓 Inspection of the item The bidder is obliged to inspect the item before placing a bid. The buyer may not later invoke any matter that could have been discovered in a pre-inspection.

• 🔕 Products The goods originate from a bankrupt estate, please take this into account when placing a bid. The goods are not new, so defects and missing parts may be found.

• 👉 No exchange or return right: The sale is final, so please inspect the items carefully before making a purchase decision. Always check all matters related to the purchase before deciding, including e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of the device, possible hidden defects

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check possible tax-, registration- and inspection information for vehicles from Traficom's public vehicle data service. If taxes remain unpaid, they will be transferred in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected, and possibly have unpaid taxes

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankrupt estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankrupt estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electrical and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Collection times: The items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for any collection time exceeding this.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between any lower price and the bid price in full, as well as any agency and debt collection costs, including interest. Please read the auction terms and sales conditions applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
