• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from the bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of connections: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Pickup times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. An extra pickup period will be charged at €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the deal

  The seller will resell the item and charge any difference between the lower price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales terms applicable to this auction before making a bid.
