The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been examined by an inspector, so there may also be hidden defects that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Viewing the item The bidder is obliged to inspect the product in question before placing an offer. The buyer cannot later invoke any factor that could have been discovered during the pre-inspection.

• 🔕 Products The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate, please take that into account when making an offer. The goods are not new, so faults and missing parts may be present.

• 👉 No exchange or return right: The sale is final, so please inspect the products carefully before making a purchase decision. Please always check all matters related to the purchase decision before deciding, including vehicle taxes, condition of the equipment, and any hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking possible tax, registration and inspection details for vehicles from the Traficom public vehicle information service. If taxes remain unpaid, they transfer in full to the new owner. Both inspected and uninspected vehicles, and possibly vehicles with unpaid taxes, are for sale.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: The items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for any collection delay beyond this.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between any lower price and the offered price in full, as well as any agent and debt collection costs, with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and the terms of sale applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
