The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. • 👓 Inspection of the item Before placing a bid, the bidder is obliged to inspect the item in question. Afterward, the buyer may not invoke any circumstance that could have been discovered in a pre-inspection.

• 🔕 Products The goods come from a bankruptcy estate, please take this into account when making any bid. The goods are not new, so defects and missing parts may be present.

• 👉 No exchange or return right: The sale is final, so please inspect the items carefully before deciding to buy. Always check all matters related to the purchase decision before making a decision, including e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of the device and any hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking any taxes, registration and inspection information for vehicles in the Traficom public vehicle data service. If there are unpaid taxes, they will transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected, and possibly have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electrical and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Pickup times: Items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of 50€ / day + VAT will be charged for any collection beyond the pickup time.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will relist the item and charge the full amount of any lower price difference between the offered price and the resale price, as well as any agency and debt-collection costs, with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales terms applicable to this auction before placing a bid.

• bids are binding, and there is no exchange or return right for the item
