Other items shown in the pictures are not included in the lot.

On the surface, the furniture appears to be in good condition. NOTE: all keys belonging to the lot (furniture) are shown in the pictures.

The buyer is responsible for moving and loading the lot on site; no assistance will be provided by the bankrupt estate. The lot is located on the ground floor. A vehicle can be driven to within approx. 20 m of the lot.

The bankrupt estate of Tunturi Oy Ltd has applied for registration in the VAT register, therefore the price of the auction items includes VAT.

The lot must be collected on 25 September 2026 between 10:00 and 17:00 or on 26 September 2026 between 10:00 and 16:00. Collection at any other time is not possible.

The lot must be paid within 24 hours of acceptance of the lot.
