• 🛠️ No condition inspection: The items have not been condition-inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. The goods are directly from use or storage. The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been inspected by a condition inspector, so hidden defects may also exist that were not noticed when the listing was prepared.

• 👓 Familiarisation with the item The bidder must familiarise themselves with the product before making an offer. The buyer may not subsequently invoke a circumstance that could have been detected during a prior inspection.

• 🔕 Products The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when making a possible offer. The goods are not new, so defects and deficiencies may be present.

• 👉 No right of exchange or return: The sale is final, so inspect the products carefully before deciding to purchase. Before deciding to purchase, always check all relevant matters, including vehicle taxes, the condition of the device and any possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking any vehicle’s tax, registration and inspection details via Traficom’s public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer in full to the new owner. The vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity or other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always solely responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: The items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. Collection after this period will be charged at €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will resell the item and charge the full difference between the lower price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs, including interest. Please read the auction terms and terms of sale applicable to this auction before making an offer.
