• 🛠️ No condition inspection: The items have not been inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. The goods come directly from use or storage. The seller has photographed the item for the sales listing. The product has not been examined by a condition inspector, so hidden defects that were not noticed when the listing was made may also exist.

• 👓 Familiarisation with the item Before making an offer, the bidder must familiarise themselves with the product. The buyer may not subsequently invoke a circumstance that could have been detected during a pre-inspection.

• 🔕 Products The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate. Please take this into account when considering making an offer. The goods are not new, so defects and deficiencies may be present.

• 👉 No right of exchange or return: Sales are final, so inspect the products carefully before deciding to buy. Always check all matters relevant to your purchase decision, including vehicle taxes, the condition of the device and any possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking any vehicle’s tax, registration and inspection details via Traficom’s public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer in full to the new owner. The vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity or other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: The items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for exceeding the collection period.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will resell the item and charge the full difference between the lower resale price and the bid price, as well as any agency and collection costs with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction and sales terms applicable to this auction before making an offer.
