• 🛠️ No condition inspection: The items have not been inspected for condition. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. The goods are directly from use or storage. The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been examined by a condition inspector, so there may also be hidden defects that were not noticed when the listing was prepared.

• 👓 Familiarisation with the item The bidder is obliged to familiarise themselves with the product before placing a bid. The buyer may not subsequently invoke a circumstance that could have been detected during a pre-inspection.

• 💰 Payment: The bid must be paid within 2 (two) days in accordance with the collection and payment instructions sent by email from huutokaupat.com. Please note that each bid has its own collection fee; if there is more than one bid, the collection fee must be paid for each bid. • 🔕 Products The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when considering a bid. The goods are not new, so defects and deficiencies may be present.

• 👉 No right of exchange or return: Sales are final, so inspect the products carefully before deciding to buy. Always check all matters potentially relevant to your purchase decision before buying, including vehicle taxes, the condition of the equipment and any possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking any vehicle’s tax, registration and inspection details via Traficom’s public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they will transfer in full to the new owner. The sale includes vehicles that have passed inspection, vehicles that have not been inspected and vehicles that may have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: The items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for collection exceeding this period.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will resell the item and charge the full difference between the possible lower price and the bid price, as well as any agent and collection costs, with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and terms of sale applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
