• 🛠️ No condition inspection: The items have not been inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. The goods are directly from use or storage. The seller has described the item for the sales listing. The product has not been examined by a condition inspector, so hidden defects may also exist that were not noticed when the listing was prepared.

• 👓 Inspecting the item The bidder is obliged to familiarise themselves with the product before placing a bid. The buyer may not subsequently invoke a circumstance that could have been detected during a prior inspection.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking any vehicle tax, registration and inspection details via Traficom’s public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer in full to the new owner. The sale includes inspected and uninspected vehicles, as well as vehicles that may have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for exceeding the collection period.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between the lower price and the bid price, as well as any agency and collection costs, in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and terms of sale applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
