• 🛠️ No condition inspection: The items have not been inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. The goods are from use or storage. The seller has photographed the item for the sales listing. As the product has not been inspected by a condition inspector, hidden defects may also exist that were not noticed when the listing was prepared.

• 👓 Familiarisation with the item Before making a bid, the bidder must familiarise themselves with the product. The buyer may not subsequently invoke a circumstance that could have been detected during a prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item is sold without the seller’s warranty or any right of exchange or return. Bids are binding.

• 🔕 Products The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when considering a bid. The goods are not new, so defects and deficiencies may be present.

• 👉 No right of exchange or return: Sales are final, so inspect the products carefully before deciding to buy. Always check all matters relevant to the purchase decision before buying, including vehicle taxes, the condition of the equipment and any hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle roadworthiness: The buyer is responsible for checking any vehicle’s tax, registration and inspection details via Traficom’s public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer in full to the new owner. The vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected and may have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for exceeding the collection period.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will resell the item and charge the full difference between the potentially lower price and the bid price, as well as any agency and collection costs, with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and terms of sale applicable to this auction before bidding.
