You can start building your cabin empire on your newly purchased cabin plot by placing a handy Garden cabin with sauna on the site. If you need more accommodation space for summer guests, this cabin also includes a fine sauna at no extra cost.

When we began designing log saunas, we aimed to achieve the authentic feel of a Finnish sauna and easy sauna use. We want to offer saunas for different purposes, and the Garden cabin with sauna is especially intended for those who want living or accommodation space alongside the sauna. The Garden cabin with sauna is a very practical cabin, where you can choose your own stove and chimney, or order a convenient sauna package from us. The heart of our sauna package is the Harvia M3 stove with a glass door. From the sauna you can move to the cabin room to cool down, or step out onto the covered terrace for a breath of fresh air. When night falls, the sauna room turns from a dressing room into sleeping accommodation, which stays warm well into autumn with a little extra heating after the stove’s heat has faded. Garden cabin or sauna – why not both!

Hyvän Kaupan Paikka’s quality garden cabins are built spaciously, while space use remains compact. The Garden cabin with sauna is a suitable size for 4–6 sauna users and, depending on the furnishings, accommodates 2–4 people. The stove with a glass door creates a cosy flicker of fire in the sauna, especially in autumn and winter. Add logs to the firebox, lean back and breathe in the hypnotic, moist steam. Stress flows away from your shoulders with the sweat and humidity. Add the stove’s integrated water tank to your sauna package order and you will get warm washing water for sauna users, so you do not need a shower for basic washing. The cabin’s highest point is nearly three metres and the sauna section has a floor area of over four square metres. Always use fire carefully and responsibly.

The optional Sauna-Seppo wash water filter removes concerns about dirty wash water, as the water passed through the filter can be released back into nature and building control will not start issuing environmental fines.

Honestly built from logs

We manufacture the Garden cabin with sauna from handsome Finnish 45 x 145 mm logs. Wood is always a warm and ecological choice. You can build the benches in the sauna to your liking or order a ready-made bench package. Light in the sauna comes from two windows, one of which opens. Light in the cabin room comes from a window and the glazed section in the door. The windows are top-quality thermal glass windows with aluminium frames that keep the heat inside.

You’ll be assembling it before long!

We are happy to deliver the whole package right to your home, and you do not need a lifting device if you choose delivery by HIAB truck. The package includes eaves boards, a complete black felt shingle set, felt roofing nails, a lockable exterior door with fittings, and terrace floor boards too. At present, a building permit is still required for sauna construction, but we can provide architect’s drawings for the permit. The foundation is the customer’s responsibility. You can receive the included instructions and building permit drawings in advance on request, so when delivery arrives you can simply get started putting together your new handsome garden cabin. You will need a drill, screwdriver, hammer, saw, tape measure, pencil and calm enthusiasm for the assembly work. Always read the instructions carefully before carrying out each step.

Few people build their home at night, but if anything about assembling the product is unclear, we can answer then too. The instructions that come with the building package will help with assembly, and you will also find assembly videos on YouTube that make it easier to understand the construction work. You are not alone with your outbuilding, as we are here to support you!
