The item is sold in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com.

The online auction ends on 15.9.2026 at 14:00, or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Acceptance or rejection of the highest bid will be decided separately.

The seized item is sold by private sale conducted by the enforcement officer on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The sale period ends on 15.9.2026 at 14:00, or three minutes after the last purchase offer. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether the highest bid is accepted or rejected.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the given payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The person who made the highest bid must, immediately after acceptance of the bid and on the same day, pay the full purchase price by bank transfer to the Enforcement Authority’s official funds account. More detailed payment information will be provided after acceptance of the bid.
 

The buyer must pay the transfer tax on the shares, 1.5%, directly to the tax authority and submit the receipt to enforcement, in return for which a certificate of transfer of title to the shares will be issued.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer via the Huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written offer to the enforcement officer, which will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid according to the bidding system. The offer must be delivered no later than 11.9.2026 at 12:00 in writing to the Enforcement Authority at:

Before the shares are transferred to the buyer, the purchase price must have been paid and the buyer must present the enforcement officer with proof of payment of transfer tax. The transfer tax is 1.5% of the purchase price.
