- During the test drive, the Volvo felt like a working and sensible whole. The engine ran normally and the automatic transmission shifted smoothly. The all-wheel-drive system and suspension worked properly on the test drive, and no major abnormalities were noted while driving.

Overall, an interesting and performance-oriented R Volvo, with the technology appearing to be functioning based on the test drive.
