The fee covers final cleaning, bed linen, towels, consumables, firewood, maintenance and purchases for the apartment and yard, heating, electricity, water, insurance, property tax, waste management, maintenance services and on-call service, reception and key service, property management, administration, etc.

Your own holiday week is above all carefree holidaying. As the owner of a holiday week, you acquire a share in the holiday apartment. Holiday Club takes care of maintenance and cleaning, including linen and firewood, so you can focus on holidaying and enjoying yourself.

If you cannot use the week yourself, it is easy to rent out or you can give the week to a friend, just inform reception who will collect the keys. The week can also be left for Holiday Club to rent out.

The buyer will be entitled to use the share from week 23/2027 onwards (Fri 4.6.2027 - Fri 11.6.2027).

The apartment can be occupied from 18:00 and must be vacated by 10:00.

Pets allowed (pet fee 35 € / week).

Apartment renovation 2025:

The kitchens have been renewed and the upstairs / loft stairs renovated, walls painted, lighting and light fixtures renewed, carpets, sockets, light switches, mouldings, all textiles and furniture (sofas, armchairs, stools, beds, mattresses, TV stands and decorative lights) replaced. Energy efficiency has been improved by renewing the radiators and sealing the windows. In the bathrooms, intensive cleaning has been carried out, silicone joints renewed, and tile and drain repairs made as needed.

The renovation is financed by an extra fee charged in 2025 of 318 € (paid) and thereafter by an annual finance charge. The finance charge for 2026 is 118.56 € / year (paid) and is expected to be roughly the same in coming years. Loan term 3 years (the last finance charge will be invoiced in 2028). The buyer will therefore be responsible for the finance charges for 2027 and 2028, after which the renovation will be paid off.

The buyer is responsible for Holiday Club's registration fee (40 € / share for private individuals / 60 € / share for companies). T:mi Heli Hedman will provide Holiday Club with all documents required for registration.

The buyer must promptly file the transfer tax return and pay the transfer tax (1.5% of the purchase price, no tax needs to be paid if the tax is under 10 €) and provide the seller with a transfer tax certificate. T:mi Heli Hedman will send the buyer detailed instructions for filing the transfer tax return in MyTax.
