The apartment has been extensively renovated in recent years, including the bathroom in 2023 and, this year, the roof and the front door and terrace door have been replaced. The additional charges collected for these works have been paid, and there is no renovation loan / finance charge attached to the share.

The clean and beautiful nature of Pallas-Yllästunturi and its varied terrain offer excellent opportunities for outdoor activities in all seasons. In addition to hiking and walking, you can also enjoy canoeing and mountain biking. Ylläs is one of Finland’s most versatile mountain biking areas, with something for everyone: longer routes for family outings and more challenging routes for experienced riders. All equipment can be conveniently rented from the equipment hire shop.

Along the hiking and cycling routes, you can rest at lean-tos or wilderness cafés.

In the evenings, the Lapland autumn landscape is decorated by the northern lights dancing in the sky.

After an active day, it is nice to jump into the warm bubbles of the spa. The Lapland Hotels Saaga spa is located near the tree line on the fell, 306 metres above sea level. The pool area is given atmosphere by beautiful natural stone materials and lighting. You can enjoy the bubbles in a stunning natural-stone grotto whirlpool or in a traditional hot tub. The little ones will enjoy the paddling pool with a crocodile. You can enjoy the sauna either in a traditional Finnish sauna or a relaxing steam sauna. There are separate sauna areas for women and men.

Both of Ylläs’s charming fell villages offer a varied restaurant selection in summer and winter alike. On offer are pizza with local ingredients, tasty burgers, traditional Lapland sautéed reindeer and refined five-course menus.

Many Ylläs restaurants make use of clean ingredients gathered nearby and meat straight from nature. What makes the area’s restaurants special are the enchanting views – you can enjoy a meal on top of Yllästunturi, quietly in the shelter of the forest or right in the middle of village life.

Owning a holiday week is above all carefree holidaying. As an owner of a holiday week, you acquire a share in a holiday home. Holiday Club takes care of maintenance and cleaning, as well as linen and firewood, so you can focus on relaxing and enjoying your holiday.

If you cannot use the week yourself, it is easy to rent it out or hand the apartment over to a friend; just notify reception who will pick up the keys. Or you can leave the week for Holiday Club to rent out, in which case you do not need to do anything yourself to arrange the rental.

The rental price for this apartment for this period through Holiday Club is €950 / week.

The fee covers final cleaning, bed linen, towels, consumables, firewood, maintenance and purchases for the apartment and yard, heating, electricity, water, insurance, property tax, waste management, maintenance services and on-call service, reception and key service, property management, administration, etc.

The buyer pays the 2026 fee and gains access to the share from week 40/2026 onwards (Sat 26 September 2026 - Sat 3 October 2026).

Check-in is from 17:00 and check-out is by 11:00.

Pets allowed (pet fee €35 / week).
