Living room, fully equipped fitted kitchen, bedroom, upper floor / mezzanine, sauna, bathroom, WC, fireplace, terrace with gas grill and 2 bicycles.

The bedroom has a desk, so the apartment is also well suited for remote work.

Sleeping arrangements for four (two in the double bed in the downstairs bedroom and two in the beds upstairs / on the mezzanine).

The apartment includes bed linen and towels, washing machine and drying cupboard, air source heat pump, fireplace and firewood, hair dryer, TV, radio and wireless internet connection.

Katinkulta’s high-quality, stylish and versatile spa offers holiday entertainment for the whole family all year round. The spa has more than 20 separate pools, hot tubs, counter-current pools, massage showers, a fountain and a water slide for children. Outside there is a smoke sauna, ice hole, outdoor pool and a hot tub with bubbles! For children, the spa also has its own warm children’s pool, floats and swim mats. The water and air temperature is always +32 °C.

Enjoy and relax in Katinkulta’s Sauna World. Sauna World has two steam saunas, a cave sauna, a regular sauna and a log sauna, located next to the experience showers.

Katinkulta’s championship-level golf course, Nuas, is one of the most beautiful in Finland. Katinkulta also has a public course, Vuokatti, for beginner golf heroes, the Tenetti club course and a range for practising your shots.

In addition, there is a great beach, Harmony Spa treatment centre, SuperPark, Megazone & children’s adventure island, and excellent activity opportunities (golf, bowling, swimming, gym, golf simulator, tennis, squash, badminton, floorball, table tennis, volleyball ...).

The maintenance fee covers final cleaning, bed linen, towels, consumables, firewood, maintenance and purchases for the apartment and yard, heating, electricity, water, insurance, property tax, waste management, maintenance services and on-call service, reception and key service, property management, administration, etc.

The renovation loan is almost completely paid off. The seller will pay this year’s (2026) financing charge of 107.63€. The buyer will pay the final financing charge for next year (2027) of 86.63€, after which the loan will be fully paid off.

Your own holiday week is above all carefree holidays. As the owner of a holiday week, you acquire a share in the holiday apartment. Holiday Club takes care of maintenance and cleaning, bed linen and firewood, so you can focus on holidaying and enjoying yourself.

If you are unable to use the week yourself, this holiday week is in high demand and easy to rent out with good rental income. Or you can hand the week over to a friend, just inform reception who will collect the keys. The week can also be left to Holiday Club for rental, so you do not need to do any work yourself.

The buyer gets use of the share from week 33/2027 onwards (Sat 14 Aug 2027 - Sat 21 Aug 2027).

The apartment is available from 16:00 and must be vacated by 12:00.
