A cosy 50 m2 apartment (ground floor 30 m2 × upper floor / loft 20 m2) in a terraced house in a good location (see the area map in the files for the apartment's location).

Living room, fully equipped fitted kitchen, fireplace, upper floor / loft, sauna, bathroom, toilet and outdoor storage.

Sleeping space for six (four upstairs / in the loft and two extra beds from the living room sofa).

The apartment includes bed linen and towels, washing machine and drying cabinet, TV, air source heat pump and an electric car socket.

In the Pyhä-Luosto National Park area and nearby there are a total of 150 kilometres of ski trails. The Luosto and Pyhä trails are connected, offering skiers trails of different profiles.

The sugar on the doughnut at the wilderness café crackles between your teeth and gives you energy for the journey back. Refuelled by the treats, you can ski back to the cabin, where you can head straight to the sauna benches to warm up after a long day outdoors.

In addition to downhill skiing and cross-country skiing, the area has routes for snowshoeing, winter hiking and winter cycling.

Have you always dreamed of speeding through the winter wilderness by husky team or finding out what it is like to sit on a reindeer sleigh, in an authentic Lapland spirit? Husky and reindeer safaris are a truly unique way to get close to Lapland's nature.

The snowmobile trail networks of both Pyhä and Luosto are connected, and the well-maintained network offers options for both beginners and more experienced riders. In the Pyhä-Luosto area you will find over 300 km of routes suitable for day trips.

If you cannot use the week yourself, it is easy to rent out or you can give the week to a friend, just notify reception. Alternatively, you can let Holiday Club rent out the week, in which case you do not need to do any of the rental work yourself.

Maintenance fee for 2027:

€231.20 / year

No renovation loan / finance charge is allocated to the share.

The maintenance fee covers final cleaning, bed linen, towels, fireplace wood, consumables, maintenance and purchases for the apartment and yard, heating, electricity, water, insurance, property tax, waste management, maintenance services and on-call service, property management, administration, etc.

The buyer gets the right to use the share from week 1/2027 onwards (Sat 2 Jan 2027 - Sat 9 Jan 2027).

Access to the apartment from 16:00 and check-out at 10:00.

Pets allowed (pet fee €35 / week).
