Terms of Sale
The seller undertakes to sell the item to the highest bidder.
The item is sold as a transaction between users. Huutokaupat.com does not act as a party to the transaction.
Offers must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest offer is the offer that the seller has accepted as the highest. It is also possible to participate in the auction in person on site by submitting an offer to the seller. The seller and buyer undertake to enter all offers into the system. By making a bid, the bidder accepts these terms of sale.
Inspection of the property
Before making an offer, the bidder is obliged to inspect the apartment in question and the company's documents and records. The buyer may not later invoke any matter that could have been identified in the pre-inspection.
Information provided by the seller
The seller is responsible for the accuracy and up-to-dateness of the documents related to the property. The seller warrants that they have provided the buyer with all information that the seller knows and that may reasonably be assumed to affect the transaction.
Concluding the sale
The time and place of signing the deed of sale will be agreed separately with the buyer. Payment of the purchase price and transfer of the share will take place at the completion of the transaction.
Other costs
The buyer is responsible for transfer tax in accordance with the tax practice applicable at the time.
Withdrawing from the sale
If the transaction does not materialise due to a reason attributable to the bidder, the seller is entitled to receive the agreed standard compensation.
