The maintenance fee covers end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, firewood, consumables, upkeep and purchases for the apartment and yard, heating, electricity, water, insurance, property tax, waste management, maintenance services and on-call service, key service, property management, administration, etc.

The buyer gets access to the apartment from week 21/2027 onwards (Sat 22 May 2027 - Sat 29 May 2027).

The apartment is available from 16:00 and must be vacated by 10:00.

Terms of Sale

The seller undertakes to sell the item to the highest bidder.

The item is sold as a transaction between users. Huutokaupat.com does not act as a party to the transaction.

All shares for sale are mine unless otherwise stated.

The deed of sale and sending the share certificate by registered post are included in the price. Delivery of the share certificate by insured post costs an additional €20.

The share has no arrears of maintenance fees.

The buyer is responsible for Holiday Club’s registration fee (€40 for private individuals / €60 for companies). T:mi Heli Hedman will provide Holiday Club with all documents needed for registration.

The buyer must promptly file the transfer tax return and pay the transfer tax (1.5% of the purchase price; tax under €10 does not need to be paid) and provide the seller with the transfer tax certificate. T:mi Heli Hedman will send the buyer detailed instructions for filing the transfer tax return in OmaVero.
