Holiday Club Ruka is located in the Pulkkajärvi area. The holiday village’s Kelo pine cabins are set in peaceful surroundings, a short drive from the slopes of Ruka and the spa hotel Holiday Club Kuusamo Tropiikki (12 km to Ruka, 12 km to Kuusamo Tropiikki and 15 km to Kuusamo).

Maintenance fee 210.00 €/year. The fee covers final cleaning, bed linen, towels, consumables, maintenance of the apartments and grounds, heating, electricity, water, insurance, property tax, maintenance services, reception and key service, etc.

Terms of Sale

The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid.

Inspecting the property

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for transfer tax, which is 1.5% of the debt-free purchase price, and the property manager's registration fee according to the Holiday Club Resorts price list (private individuals €40 / companies €60). The seller will send instructions for paying the transfer tax by email once the purchase price has been paid. The seller will send the property manager the deed, a copy of the share certificate transfer entry, and proof of transfer tax payment for the share registration.
