If you are unable to use the week yourself, it can easily be rented out or you can let a friend use the apartment; just inform reception who will collect the keys. Alternatively, you can leave the week for Holiday Club to rent out, so you do not need to do any of the work yourself.

Admire and enjoy your holiday by going for walks, cycling or hiking in Katinkulta’s stunning scenery, and then take a dip in the spa’s warm whirlpools.

Katinkulta’s high-quality, stylish and versatile spa offers holiday entertainment for the whole family all year round. The spa has more than 20 separate pools, whirlpools, counter-current pools, massage showers, a fountain and a water slide for children. Outside there is a smoke sauna, ice hole, outdoor pool and hot tub with jets! For children, the spa also has its own warm children’s pool, floatation aids and swimming mats. The water and air temperature is always +32 ºC.

Enjoy and relax in Katinkulta’s renovated Sauna World. Sauna World has two steam saunas, a cave sauna, a traditional sauna and a log sauna next to the experience showers. New features include two tropical experience showers with four different programmes using light and sound effects.

Katinkulta’s championship-level golf course, Nuas, is one of Finland’s most beautiful. In addition, Katinkulta has a public course, Vuokatti, for beginner golf heroes, the Tenetti club course and a range for practising shots.

Maintenance fee for 2026 & 2027:

Base fee 264.60€ / year.
Use fee 129.20€ / year.

No renovation loan / finance charge is assigned to the share.

The maintenance fee covers final cleaning, bed linen, towels, consumables, maintenance and purchases for the apartment and yard, heating, electricity, water, insurance, property tax, maintenance services and on-call service, reception and key service, etc.

The sale also includes a bowling share entitling the owner to a daily one-hour bowling slot. The maintenance fee is 68.92€ / year, so the cost per slot is approx. 9.80€ (normally from 26€ / hour). Bowling slots can be sold either together or individually, and if the assigned times do not suit, it is possible to change them to available slots.

The buyer pays the maintenance fees for 2026 and gets access to the shares from week 38/2026 onwards (Fri 11 Sep 2026 - Fri 18 Sep 2026).

Alternatively, the right to use the shares in 2026 may remain with the seller, in which case the seller pays the maintenance fees for 2026. In that case, 90€ will be added to the sale price to cover the seller’s rental costs and effort.

The apartment can be used from 18:00 and must be vacated by 10:00.

Pets allowed (pet fee 35€ / week).
