At this round we are selling a large batch of agricultural machines and equipment as well as other movable property

All workshop machines, tools and supplies in one lot, the entire contents of a detached house in one lot, large batches of firewood, a large number of storage units and shipping containers with contents that have not been examined in detail, so any kind of treasure may be found.

The lots ending on Saturday 5/9 are located in Vesilahti and on Sunday 6/9 in Savikoski, Akaa

The lot will exceptionally be invoiced after the auction ends via Ropo by email

When we receive confirmation of payment or the bank receipt from the payer, we will mark the lot as paid in the auction.

You may inspect the lot before placing a binding bid
The lot is sold in the condition and with the equipment it has at the time of the listing and sale
The Sale of Goods Act applies to auctioned items unless mandatory legislation provides otherwise
Under the Sale of Goods Act, the applicable condition assessment is the auction starting price.

Most of the machines now for sale were driven onto the site, but they have been unused for a long time.

So please be prepared with suitable equipment for collection, and that they may not necessarily be drivable onto transport.

To avoid later disputes, everything is sold as scrap

The site has also been neglected for a long time, so grass and brush are an obstacle

The sold lot must be collected within 5 working days of the end of the auction unless otherwise agreed.
For any additional time, we charge a storage fee of 250€/day, and if the storage fee exceeds the lot's sale price, ownership reverts to the seller.

For an uncollected lot, we charge 20% of the bid price, however at least €200 excl. VAT, in accordance with our terms and conditions.

We have accepted all offers 100% throughout our entire operation.
