• 🛠️ No condition inspection: The items have not been condition inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. The goods come directly from use or storage. The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been examined by a condition inspector, so there may also be hidden defects that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection of the item Before placing a bid, the bidder is obliged to inspect the item in question. After the sale, the buyer cannot invoke any circumstance that could have been detected in a prior inspection.

• 💰 Payment: The bid must be paid within 2 (two) days in accordance with the pickup and payment instructions sent by email from huutokaupat.com. • 🔕 Products The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate, please take this into account when making any offer. The goods are not new, so defects and missing parts may be found.

• 👉 No exchange or return right: The sale is final, so please inspect the items carefully before making a purchase decision. Always check all matters related to the purchase decision in advance, including vehicle taxes, condition of the equipment, and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking any tax, registration and inspection details of vehicles in the Traficom public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected, and possibly have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Pickup times: The items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of 50€ / day + VAT will be charged for exceeding the pickup time.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will resell the item and charge the possible difference between the lower price and the offered price in full, as well as any agency and collection costs with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sale terms applicable to this auction before placing a bid.

• bids are binding, and there is no exchange or return right for the item

• the item is sold on an as-is basis, but the advertiser is responsible for ensuring that the information provided in the listing is correct
