• 🛠️ No condition inspection: The items have not been condition inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. The goods are from use or storage. The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been examined by a condition inspector, so there may also be hidden defects that were not noticed when listing.

• 👓 Inspection of the item The bidder is obliged to inspect the item before making an offer. The buyer cannot subsequently invoke a matter that could have been detected during a pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item for sale has no warranty from the seller, and there is no exchange or return right. Bids are binding.

  
  

• 💰 Payment: The bid must be paid within 2 (two) days in accordance with the pickup and payment instructions sent by email from huutokaupat.com. Please note that each bid has its own pickup fee; if there are multiple bids, the pickup fee must be paid for each bid. • 🔕 Items The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate, please take this into account when making an offer. The goods are not new, so defects and missing parts may be found.

• 👉 No exchange or return right: The deal is final, so please inspect the products carefully before deciding to buy. Always check all matters related to the purchase decision in advance, e.g. vehicle taxes, condition of the device, possible hidden defects

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any tax, registration and inspection information for vehicles from Traficom's public vehicle data service. If taxes remain unpaid, they will transfer in full to the new owner. The items for sale include inspected vehicles, uninspected vehicles and possibly vehicles with unpaid taxes

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Pickup times: Items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for overdue collection.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the deal

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between any lower price and the bid price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full, including interest. Please read the auction terms and terms of sale applicable to this auction before making an offer.

• inspect the item and the information provided about it before bidding

• bids are binding, and there is no exchange or return right for the item

• the item is sold on an as is basis, but the advertiser is responsible for ensuring that the information given in the ad is correct
