A very tidy Framery O workspace booth in only light use is for sale. The booth is being sold due to a larger office booth replacing it.

Framery O offers a calm one-person workspace for an open-plan office, retail space or other environment where privacy is needed for calls, remote meetings and concentration-intensive work.

Condition

The booth has been used very little and its overall appearance is almost like new. The exterior and interior surfaces are clean. As this is a used item, it may show minor signs of normal use.

Inspection of the item before bidding is possible at a separately agreed time.

Collection and dismantling

Collection takes place at a separately agreed time. When arranging collection, the buyer must state whether they will dismantle the booth themselves or order dismantling from us.

Options:

• Buyer dismantles the booth themselves upon collection: no separate charge.

• We dismantle the booth ready for transport: €180.

If the buyer dismantles the booth themselves, they are responsible for the necessary tools, staff, protection of the parts and loading. Sufficient time must be reserved for dismantling at the time of collection.

Transport and assembly

The buyer may arrange transport themselves or order it from us.

• Assembly at the delivery location: €280

The transport distance is calculated as a one-way journey between the collection point and the delivery address. Transport over 300 kilometres will be agreed at a separate fixed price.

For example, on a 100 kilometre delivery distance, dismantling, transport and assembly cost a total of €590.

The prices for additional services include VAT at 25.5%. Prices require unobstructed access and that transport equipment can get close to the booth's removal and installation location. Stairs, long carrying distances, lifting work and other exceptional arrangements are priced separately.

The item must be collected within 10 days of the end of the auction unless otherwise agreed separately. If collection is delayed beyond this, storage will be charged at €60 for each started week.
