A wooden house built in 1904 in central Salo, for sale only 100 metres from the train and bus station.

The building was originally apparently built as a guest house for Salo Seurahuone. Since then it has been used, among other things, as residential accommodation, and in 2000 it was comprehensively renovated into a restaurant.

The property is subject to title deeds totalling €570,600, which will be transferred free of encumbrances.
