The apartment has everything needed for a quality holiday. The apartment is 60 m² + 8 m² upstairs; downstairs you will find a kitchen, living room, entrance hall, vestibule, bedroom, WC, WC/bathroom, sauna and terrace; upstairs a bedroom and a balcony. Sleeping places for up to six: two bedrooms with double beds and a sofa bed for two in the living room. A travel cot can also be requested in advance from the hotel reception. Besides a fully equipped kitchen, your stay is made easier by a washing machine, drying rack, drying cabinet, flat-screen TV, two bicycles, a barbecue and included bed linen, towels and final cleaning. There is a parking space for your car directly in front of the apartment. The apartment itself is right by the beach next to a playground in a four-apartment building constructed in 2009–2010. Pets are allowed for an extra fee and there is also a dog park on the area.

A stone's throw from all Vuokatti and Katinkulta services, surrounded by beautiful nature, this is an ideal holiday spot for families and active groups alike. Buy for personal use or to rent out — the maintenance charge is considerably lower than the weekly rental value at the same time of year.
