The charge covers final cleaning, parking, bed linen, towels, bathrobes, consumables, upkeep of the apartment and grounds, purchases and repairs, heating, electricity, water, insurance, property tax, maintenance services and emergency duty, reception and key services, etc.

If you cannot use the week yourself it is easy to rent it out or lend it to a friend. Just inform reception who will collect the keys.

The buyer pays the 2026 charge and will receive the share and rights to week 36/2026 from Fri 28 August 2026 - Fri 4 September 2026.

Check-in is from 18:00 and check-out at 11:00.
