The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid.

Offers must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest bid is the bid the seller has accepted as highest. Suomen Yrityskonsultointi and the buyer undertake to record all bids in the system. The bidder accepts all terms of sale when paying the bid. In holiday-share sales the deeds are always signed electronically via the Visma service after the auction ends; the seller prepares the deed and sends a signing link to the highest bidder. Bids are binding and the share must be paid to the bank account shown in the deed within 3 days of the auction ending.


Withdrawal from the purchase

If the sale does not proceed due to the bidder's fault, the seller has the right to compensation for an unfounded bid and disruption of business of at least €280 or 10% of the highest bid. (NOTE! This invoice is enforceable). Participating in the auction without an intent to buy is prohibited.

Viewing the property

The bidder is obliged before making an offer to inspect the apartment, the company's documents and records. The buyer cannot afterwards rely on any matter that could have been observed during a prior inspection. The shares are sold based on the information provided in the advertisement.

Information provided by the seller

The seller is responsible for the correctness and currency of the documents related to the property. The seller warrants that they have given the buyer all information the seller knows and that may reasonably be expected to affect the sale. The seller confirms that all maintenance fees and other payments due to the company have been paid up to the date of sale.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax, which is 1.5% of the debt-free purchase price, and Holiday Club's registration fee (€40 private / €60 companies). The seller will send instructions for paying the transfer tax by email once the purchase price has been paid. The seller will send the deed, a copy of the share certificate transfer entry and proof of transfer tax to the property manager for registration of the share.


NOTE! Suomen Yrityskonsultointi acts only as the notifier, not as the seller. The owners of the shares will be listed as the seller on the deed after the auction ends. The backgrounds of all owners we advertise have been checked and the shares can be safely bid on.
