Outside there is a smoke sauna, an ice hole, an outdoor pool and a hot tub with bubbles! For children there is also a warm children's pool, floaties and swim mats. Water and air temperature is always +32 °C.

Enjoy and relax in Katinkulta's Sauna World. The Sauna World has two steam saunas, a cave sauna, a traditional sauna and a log sauna located next to the experience showers. New additions are two tropical experience showers with four different programmes to choose from, including light and sound effects.

Vuokatti's slope offering is versatile and it is easy to move between slope areas. There are runs for everyone from easy slopes at Hupikukkula and Maxi's Snow World to demanding pistes and performance locations (e.g. Freestyle Park, no. 6), whether you ski or snowboard.

Maintenance fees in 2027:

Basic charge €227.95 / year.
Usage charge €135.20 / year.

Total €363.15 / year.

The maintenance fee covers final cleaning, bed linen, towels, consumables, apartment and grounds maintenance and purchases, heating, firewood, electricity, water, insurance, property tax, waste management, maintenance and on‑call services, reception and key service, property management, administration etc.

Most of the renovation loan has been repaid. The remaining balance is €182.51 which the buyer assumes. The renovation loan is paid as a financing charge this year and next year, after which the loan will be fully repaid. The financing charge this year (2026) is €107.63 (due 15 August 2026) and next year (2027) €86.63.

The buyer will have access to the apartment from week 4/2027 (Sat 23 January 2027 - Sat 30 January 2027).

Check‑in from 16:00 and check‑out by 12:00.
