Sleeps four (two separate beds in the loft and two on additional beds).

The apartment includes bed linen and towels, firewood, washing machine and drying cabinet, TV and a parking space with an electric socket.

Its beauty and atmosphere have won hearts worldwide — here you can experience seven fells and breathe some of the cleanest air in the world. The Lapland spring in the landscape of one of Finland’s most popular national parks is clear, sunny and harmonious.

The pure, beautiful nature and varied terrain of Pallas–Yllästunturi National Park offer excellent opportunities for outdoor activities in every season. In addition to hiking, you can enjoy canoeing and mountain biking. Ylläs is one of Finland’s most versatile mountain-biking areas, with routes for family outings and more challenging trails for experienced riders. All equipment is easily rentable from local hire shops.

Along the hiking and cycling trails you can rest in lean-tos or wilderness cafés.

After an active day it’s nice to relax in the warm spa pools. Lapland Hotels Saaga spa is located near the tree line at 306 metres above sea level. The pool area features impressive natural stone materials and lighting. You can enjoy the bubbles in a natural stone grotto pool or a traditional hot tub. Younger children enjoy the paddling pool with a crocodile. You can take a steam bath or a traditional Finnish sauna; there are separate sauna sections for women and men.

Both of Ylläs’s charming fell villages offer a varied restaurant scene in summer and winter alike. Choices range from locally flavoured pizzas and tasty burgers to traditional Lappish sautéed reindeer and refined five-course menus.

Many restaurants use locally foraged ingredients and meat sourced straight from nature. The area’s restaurants are special for their enchanting views — you can dine on the Ylläs fell summit, in the peace of the forest or in the middle of the village buzz.

Owning a holiday week is primarily about carefree holidays. As a week owner you acquire a share in the holiday apartment. Holiday Club handles maintenance and cleaning, bed linen and firewood, so you can focus on relaxing and enjoying your holiday.

If you can’t use the week yourself it is easy to rent out or hand it to a friend — just notify reception who will collect the keys.

The maintenance fee covers final cleaning, bed linen and towels, consumables, firewood, apartment and grounds maintenance and supplies, heating, electricity, water, insurance, property tax, waste management, maintenance services and emergency duty, reception and key services, property management, administration, etc.

The share is not subject to a renovation loan or finance charge.

The buyer will have use of the share from week 19/2027 (Sat 8 May 2027 – Sat 15 May 2027).

Check-in from 17:00 and check-out at 11:00.

Pets allowed (pet fee €35 per week).
