The net auction sells the shareholder-owned share H3.50 that entitles to occupancy of apartment no. 3 at Etelärakka 4 for calendar week 51. The shareholders' changeover day is Saturday: occupancy starts on Saturday 12/12/2026 at 16:00 and the apartment must be vacated by the following Saturday 19/12/2026 at 11:00. The shareholder may, at their own cost, join the RCI system. As an RCI member you receive points for this week that can be exchanged in the RCI system for another domestic or even foreign holiday destination.

By week 51 the Levi lifts are already running and the pistes are open.

The apartment comprises a living room + kitchen + bedroom + loft + bathroom + sauna, approx. 38 m², with additional low-height space on the loft. The apartment includes crockery, towels and bed linen for six and sleeping places for eight. The company charge includes firewood, linens and towels for six and departure cleaning. There is an external storage unit and a terrace in front of the exterior door and a small terrace accessible from the back door. The company charge for 2026 is €320 per year + advance repair charge €30.00, which the seller has paid. The lot offered does not include arrears of charges from previous years or other unpaid amounts and the company has no housing company loan.

The property has five identical apartments, some mirrored, each of which is divided into shares corresponding to calendar week 51. The whole company is divided into 255 shares. For all apartments, calendar week 23 is the company's maintenance week, during which the right to use and occupy the apartments belongs to the company. Thus share numbers 23–51 entitle the holder to occupy the apartment for the calendar week following the share number. Each apartment received a surface renovation in autumn 2020, including painting of walls and ceilings and replacement of the floor with vinyl plank. During summer 2023 the yard/parking area was enlarged and renewed, yard lights and heating/charging posts were added. The refuse collection point was updated for modern recycling containers and expanded to a firewood store. In June 2025 the front and terrace doors of all apartments were replaced. There are no known mandatory repairs. The advance repair charge is reserved for possible future renovations. Distance to the centre is approx. 2.5 km. The property and cleaning are handled by Levin lomamökkien huoltopalvelut Oy and property management by Kirkkonummen Huolto Oy.
