The net auction sells the shareholder-owned share H3.50 that entitles to occupancy of apartment no. 3 at Etelärakka 4 for calendar week 51. Before transfer of ownership, the buyer must present proof of filing the transfer tax return with the Tax Administration and payment of the transfer tax, which is 1.5% of the debt-free purchase price.
