Seized lakeside property (0.3187 ha) with buildings in Rautalampi, Rautalampi

The property will be sold by highest bid in an online auction held on the www.huutokaupat.com website between 30 July 2026 and 20 August 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for placing a bid ends on 20 August 2026 at 14:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider’s system performance. The highest bid is the one the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to approve or reject the highest bid. A decision to approve or reject may take more than two days.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. The highest bidder has no right of withdrawal. If an accepted bid is approved, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to buyer compensation liability under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer via the www.huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer. The offer will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment mechanism. The offer must be submitted in writing by 18 August 2026 at 12:00 at the latest by email to kouvola.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi or by post to Ulosottolaitos Mikkeli, Raatihuoneenkatu 5, 5th floor, 50100 Mikkeli.

Written offers are binding and are subject to the same conditions as bids in the online auction. A written offer must be signed and must include the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the item number of the online auction service to which the offer applies.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to terminate the sale or to extend the sale period.

Participants in the online auction are advised to ensure that the contact details registered with the www.huutokaupat.com service are up to date. As a rule, the buyer and new owner will be the person whose offer in the online auction has been accepted. If a bidder has submitted an offer wholly or partly on behalf of another person, they must present a power of attorney or other proof.

Prospective buyers are advised to familiarise themselves with the property for sale, the sales brochure and the attached documents.

Complaints against the sale and actions related to the sale or preceding the sale must be filed within three weeks from the date of the sale. The appeal instructions are attached to the sales decision.
