• 🛠️ No condition inspection: The items have not been condition inspected. They are sold as used, in their current condition. The goods come directly from use or storage. The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been examined by a condition inspector, so there may be latent defects not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection before bidding Bidders are obliged to inspect the item before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been observed during a prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item is sold without seller warranty, and there is no right to exchange or return. Bids are binding.

  
  

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days in accordance with the collection and payment instructions provided by huutokaupat.com by email. • 🔕 Products The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when making an offer. The items are not new, so defects and missing parts may be present.

• 👉 No right to exchange or return: Sales are final, so please check items carefully before purchase. Always check any matters related to the purchase decision, e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of the item, and possible latent defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle compliance: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and inspection information from the public vehicle information service. • 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity or other service connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removing and loading the goods.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 per day + VAT will be charged for late collection.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from sale

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between the resale price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
