The item has been photographed by the seller for the sale listing. The product has not been examined by an inspector, so latent defects not noted in the listing may exist.

• 👓 Inspection before purchase Bidders must inspect the item before placing an offer. The buyer cannot later rely on an issue that could have been noticed during the inspection.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions sent by huutokaupat.com. Please note each lot has its own collection fee; if you win multiple lots, a collection fee must be paid for each. The collection fee is shown in the "delivery methods and fees" section on the auction page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The auction price does not include deductible VAT; VAT will not be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when placing a bid. Items are not new, so defects and missing parts may be present.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchasing. Always check all relevant matters before buying, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle fitness: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle's tax, registration and inspection status via Traficom's public vehicle information services. If taxes are unpaid, they will transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting utilities: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electrical or other service connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. An overdue collection fee of 50 € / day + VAT will be charged.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from sale

  The seller may resell the item and charge the difference between the lower resale price and the offered price, plus any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please read the auction and sale terms that apply to this auction before placing a bid.
