• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition‑inspected. They are sold as used, in their current state. Items come directly from use or storage. The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been examined by an inspector, so there may be latent faults not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Viewing the item Bidders are obliged to inspect the item before making an offer. The buyer cannot subsequently rely on a matter that could have been observed during a pre‑inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item has no seller warranty, exchange or right of return. Offers are binding.

  
  

• 💰 Payment: The purchase must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions provided by huutokaupat.com. Note that each successful bid has its own collection fee; if there are several successful bids, the collection fee must be paid for each. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🔕 Products Goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when making an offer. Items are not new so faults and missing parts may be present.

• 👉 No exchange or right of return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchasing. Always verify any matters related to the purchase, e.g. vehicle taxes, condition and possible latent faults.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check vehicle tax, registration and inspection information via Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers the vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of connections: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for each day overdue.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  The seller will re‑sell the item and charge the difference between the lower price and the offered price as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions applicable to this auction before placing a bid.

And please note that:

• inspect the item and the information provided before bidding

• offers are binding and there is no exchange or right of return

• the item is sold "as seen", but the seller is responsible for ensuring the information in the listing is correct

• if the seller does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) working days of the end of the auction, the bid is no longer binding on the bidder.
