Admire and enjoy the early summer outdoors, cycling or hiking in Katinkulta’s magnificent scenery and then dip into the warm pools of the spa.

The high-quality, stylish and versatile Katinkulta spa offers year-round entertainment for the whole family. The spa has over 20 separate pools, whirlpools, counter-current pools, massaging showers, a fountain and a water slide for children. Outside there is a smoke sauna, ice swimming hole, outdoor pool and hot tub with bubbles! For children there is also a warm children’s pool, floaties and swimming mats. Water and air temperature are always +32 °C.

Relax in Katinkulta’s Sauna World. Sauna World includes two steam saunas, a cave sauna, a regular sauna and a log sauna located next to the experience showers.

Katinkulta’s championship-level golf course, Nuas, is one of Finland’s most beautiful. There is also a beginners’ course Vuokatti, the club course Tenetti and a driving range for practising shots.

Additionally a fine beach, Harmony Spa treatment salon, superpark, megazone & children’s adventure island and excellent hobby opportunities (golf, bowling, swimming, gym, golf simulator, tennis, squash, badminton, floorball, table tennis, volleyball ...).

The maintenance fee covers final cleaning, bed linen, towels, consumables, firewood, apartment and yard maintenance and purchases, heating, electricity, water, insurance, property tax, waste management, maintenance and emergency services, reception and key service, property management, administration etc.

Most of the renovation loan has been repaid. Approximately €250 remains, which the buyer will assume. The renovation loan is paid via a financing maintenance fee this year and next year, after which the loan will be fully repaid. Financing fee this year (2026) is €137.35 and next year (2027) €110.55.

Your holiday week is above all carefree holidaying. As an owner of a holiday week you acquire a share in the holiday apartment. Holiday Club takes care of maintenance and cleaning, bed linen and firewood so you can concentrate on relaxing and enjoying your holiday.

If you cannot use the week yourself it is easy to rent out or you can hand it over to a friend; just notify reception who will collect the keys.

The buyer will have the right to use the share from week 21/2027 onwards (Saturday 22 May 2027 – Saturday 29 May 2027).

Check-in at 16:00 and check-out at 12:00.
