Withdrawal from the transaction

The buyer is responsible for transfer tax, which is 1.5% of the debt-free purchase price. The seller will email instructions for completing the transfer tax declaration once the purchase price has been paid. The seller will send the property manager the contract of sale, a copy of the transfer endorsement on the share certificate and a certificate of transfer tax payment for registration of the share.
