Terms of Sale

The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid.

In holiday-share sales, the deed of sale is always signed electronically via the Visma service after the auction ends. The seller prepares the deed and sends a signing link to the buyer who placed the highest bid. Bids are binding, and the share must be paid into the bank account shown in the deed of sale within 3 days of the auction ending.

Withdrawal from the transaction
