Sauna built on roll-off container rails, Raasepori

For sale: a wood-fired sauna building constructed for roll-off container rails.

In addition to the steam room, the building has an unheated changing / summer room with opening windows.

A tap-fitted hot-water tank in the stove chimney heats water efficiently. When full, the water reaches boiling in 30 minutes, which is also sufficient time for the sauna to heat up.

The steam from the tank makes the steam room pleasantly humid – in past years the sauna was even praised by the chair of the Finnish Sauna Society as "one of the best sauna constructions in its size class".

In our own use the sauna has, when necessary, been lit only with storm lanterns, but the premises also have electric lights and the ability to run them from a battery.

External dimensions: length 6.00 m x width 3.00 m x height 3.60 m.

- Steam room: 1.50 m x 1.50 m.

- Additional room: 3.00 m x 2.30 m.

The buyer is responsible for the relocation costs. Suitable transport equipment can be arranged together with the seller if necessary. The seller will assist during loading and supervise the lift.
