The City of Rauma is selling a movable former social welfare barrack building at Harakkalantie 29B. The property is one of ten barracks for sale: six are on Nortamonkatu and four on Harakkalantie.

The barrack was previously used as supported housing for residents requiring more intensive assistance. Because of this use, significant damage and wear may be present on interior surfaces, fixtures and equipment. The door lock may be faulty. Additionally, WC and shower fittings may be missing, windows are broken and electrical wiring may be missing. The condition may have deteriorated since the photos were taken.

The sale includes the barrack and the movable contents inside. Beam foundations are not included in the sale.

The gross floor area of the barrack is approximately 22 m². The barrack is sold as seen at the time of sale. The buyer is responsible for moving the building and all related costs.

No separate viewing will be arranged for the barrack, but the property can be viewed independently from the outside.
