Transportable barrack, Nortamonkatu 42D, Rauma

The City of Rauma is selling a transportable former social welfare barrack located at Nortamonkatu 42D, property identifier 403-1-41-3. This is one of ten barracks being sold by Rauma; six are on Nortamonkatu and four on Harakkalantie.

The barrack was previously used as supported housing for clients needing intensive assistance. Because of this use, interior surfaces, fittings and equipment may show significant damage and wear. The lock of this barrack may be broken. Fixtures in the WC and shower area may be missing. The electrical wiring has also been removed and a window is broken. The condition of the property may have deteriorated since the photos were taken.

The sale includes the barrack and its loose contents. Beam foundations are not included in the sale.

The gross floor area of the barrack is approximately 29 m² and the net area 27 m². The barrack is sold as seen at the time of sale. The buyer is responsible for relocating the building and all related costs.

No separate viewing event will be arranged for the barrack, but it may be inspected from outside by interested parties on their own.
