The City of Rauma is selling a movable former social services barrack building at Nortamonkatu 40A, property identifier 403-1-22-5. This is one of ten barracks for sale in Rauma, six on Nortamonkatu and four on Harakkalantie.

The barrack has previously been used as supported housing for clients requiring more intensive assistance. Due to its use, significant damage and wear may be present on interior surfaces, fixtures and fittings. The lock of this barrack may also be broken. In addition, WC and shower fittings and electrical cables may be missing. The condition of the property may have deteriorated since the photographs were taken.

The sale includes the barrack and its movable contents. Beam foundations are not included in the sale.

The barrack's gross floor area is approximately 29 m² and net area 27 m². The barrack is sold in the condition it is in at the time of sale. The buyer is responsible for moving the building and for all related costs.

No separate viewing of the barrack will be arranged, but it can be inspected independently from the outside.
