The City of Rauma is selling a movable former social welfare cabin at Harakkalantie 29C. The property is one of ten cabins for sale, six of which are on Nortamonkatu and four on Harakkalantie.

The cabin has previously been used as supported housing for clients requiring more intensive support. Due to its use, the interior surfaces, fixtures and appliances may show significant damage and wear. The cabin's lock may be defective. The condition of the property may have deteriorated since the photographs were taken.

The sale includes the cabin and its movable contents. Beam foundations are not included in the sale.

The cabin's floor area is approximately 22 m². The cabin is sold as seen at the time of sale. The buyer is responsible for relocating the building and all related costs.

No separate viewing will be arranged for the cabin, but the property can be inspected independently from the outside.
