Relocatable cabin at Harakkalantie 29D, Rauma

The City of Rauma is selling a relocatable former social services cabin at Harakkalantie 29D. The unit is one of ten cabins for sale: six are on Nortamonkatu and four on Harakkalantie.

The cabin has previously been used as supported housing for clients requiring more intensive support. Due to its use, there may be significant damage and wear to interior surfaces, fittings and equipment. The lock may be faulty. Deficiencies were also observed in the WC and shower fittings, a broken window and removed electrical wiring. The condition may have deteriorated since the photos were taken.

The sale includes the cabin and its movable contents. Beam foundations are not included in the sale.

The cabin's floor area is approximately 22 m². The cabin is sold as seen at the time of sale. The buyer is responsible for relocating the building and all related costs.

No separate viewing will be arranged for the cabin, but it can be inspected independently from the outside.
