Enjoy and admire the summer by walking, cycling or hiking in Katinkulta’s stunning scenery and then dip into the spa’s warm pools and bubbles.

Katinkulta’s high-quality, stylish and versatile spa offers year-round entertainment for the whole family. The spa has over 20 separate pools, jacuzzis, counter-current pools, massage showers, a fountain and a waterslide for children. Outside there is a smoke sauna, ice dip, outdoor pool and a hot tub with bubbles. For children there is also a warm kids’ pool, floaties and swimming mats. Water and air temperature is always +32 °C.

Enjoy and relax in Katinkulta’s Saunaworld. Saunaworld has two steam saunas, a cave sauna, a regular sauna and a log sauna located next to the experience showers.

Katinkulta’s championship-level golf course, Nuas, is one of Finland’s most beautiful. In addition there is a public course Vuokatti for beginner golfers, the club course Tenetti and a driving range for practising shots.

There is also a lovely beach, Harmony Spa treatment centre, SuperPark, Megazone & children’s adventure island and excellent activity possibilities (golf, bowling, swimming, gym, golf simulator, tennis, squash, badminton, floorball, table tennis, volleyball ...).

Katinkulta has several restaurants. Robert’s Coffee serves speciality coffees, delightful pastries, tasty lunches and homemade artisan ice cream. The renovated O’Learys restaurant offers a varied menu and Classic Pizza is known for the best pizzas in Vuokatti. Easy Kitchen serves a generous breakfast daily and themed dinners.

Service charge for 2027:

Basic service charge €227.95 / year.
Usage charge €135.20 / year.

Total €363.15 / year.

The service charge covers final cleaning, bed linen, towels, consumables, firewood, apartment and grounds maintenance and purchases, heating, electricity, water, insurances, property tax, waste management, maintenance services and on-call service, reception and key service, property management, administration etc.

Most of the renovation loan has been paid. Remaining €180.02, which the buyer will assume. The renovation loan is still paid as a financing charge this year and next year after which the loan will be fully repaid. Financing charge this year (2026) is €107.63 and next year (2027) €86.63.

The sale includes a spa share that contains 28 visits to the spa. The spa share fee in 2026 is €165 / year so the cost per spa visit is approx. €5.90 (normal price €27). Visits come as 4 × 7-visit wristbands and a single wristband may be used by several co-guests staying with you.

The spa share has its own share certificate and is not tied to the apartment share, so the spa share can be sold or gifted separately later if desired. If you do not need the spa tickets you may sell them (all wristbands must be handed over to the same person staying at Holiday Club Katinkulta. If you are present at Katinkulta handing over the wristbands, individual sales are also possible).

Your own holiday week is above all worry-free holidaying. As an owner of the holiday week you acquire a share of the holiday apartment. Holiday Club takes care of maintenance and cleaning, bed linen and firewood so you can concentrate on enjoying your holiday.

If you cannot use the week yourself it is easy to rent out or give the week to a friend — just inform reception who will collect the keys.

The buyer will gain usage of the shares starting from week 23/2027 (Sat 5 June 2027 - Sat 12 June 2027).

Check-in for the apartment is from 16:00 and check-out by 12:00.
